Welcome to hell..
Cabrini Green, Chicago Illinois highrise of old town. Corruption, drugs being sold on corners, shots ringing out in the night, violence, prostitution causing the hookers to hang out on the streets and in the halls of the building, gangs and every other horror you could encounter in the seedy projects of the Chicago suburbs. Windows boarded up, window units and heaters barely work, cockroaches run amok in the apartments and the lives of the tenants look pretty dismal. Yet things can only get better everyone hopes...
